With us, the rent you pay is an all-inclusive rent. No headaches, no subsequent payments or hidden costs. Everything is included: electricity, very fast 100 Mbit/s internet, water, heating and washing machine costs. You also don’t have to worry about any administrative TO DOs like city registration for example. We will take care of everything. YOUR ROOM: The room is one of three bedrooms in the apartment. Your room is equipped with a king-sized box-spring bed with fine bedding, two bedside tables, a large closet, a chest of drawers, a working desk, and a corresponding chair. In addition to your own room, you and your roommate share a corridor hall, and a spacious luxurious kitchen (with a seating corner), which has all the necessary cooking equipment and utensils. Moreover, the kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a stove, and a microwave. There is also a bathroom with a big shower and a washing machine. LOCATION: The room is located in a beautiful modern building in the middle of the exclusive Frankfurt district Westend North! Ideal for interns and young professionals, it takes only 2 minutes by foot to Goethe University or Reuterweg. The Grüneburgweg metro station is just a minute walk away.
